Furniture never delivered, despite showing it had been left in “safe place”. Company doesn’t respond to emails. Now in hands of my bank. Avoid these scammers.

I have been trying to speak to someone for two week no reply by item say delivered bug I have not had this

I spent £429.95 January 21 for garden furniture. Told it had been delivered on February 6. But certainly not to me. The tracking says it was delivered to Leeds I am in Hampshire. Seems impossible to talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE

Avoid avoid. I ordered some garden furniture in December. I haven’t received yet and no reply to my email. Will make a claim through my credit card to get my money back.

He sido otro cliente timado por esta empresa. Desde junio que hice la compra on Line del taburete de jardín, aun no he recibido la mercancía. La reclamé en julio y recibí un correo de una tal Carolina, explicando que, debido a la situación por el COVID, los pedidos se estaban retrasando entre 25 y 35 días hábiles. Pero ya han transcurrido y sigo sin la mercancía. Esto es TODA UNA ESTAFA. SE HAN QUEDADO CON LOS 29,90 € . Les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero, pero tampoco me responden. Habrá que denunciarlo a la policia.

I am SO dissapointed and angry. I had ordered : "Taburete plegable para jardín - Garden Essentials™ - Default Title × 1" and only received a small part - but not the chair and the knee protector :-( There is no one I can get in contact with and the link from when I ordered, doesn´t work anymore. I have tried to find someone to write to - but no body answers and I dont even know if it is the right place. I have spend 29,99€ on nothing
