All orders were shipped out during the stated time frames, and I was notified of any delays due to limited stock. I love Ebonyline and have been a customer for years. They keep 1B which is my color plus the yaki drawstring ponytails. You can't find on amazon or the beauty supply stores. Try them and you'll love them like me!!

I ordered from them and FedEx says it was delivered but I never received the item on my doorstep. Contacted Ebonyline.com and they refused to refund or send another item, although they could file a claim with Fedex for reimbursement.
