If I could give this company -20 stars, I would. PLEASE do not order from EBONYLINE. I had the WORST experience with them. ill summarize my story as, I placed an order to use for an event I was attending. This order came in over ONE MONTH later. Their customer service was RUDE and CONDESCENDING and when the order finally came and I sent it back because obviously I no longer needed it - duhh.. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME!!! So I lost money giving them my business. Never again. The craziest part is that once your money is with them, they do not care. They will be rude to you and not even feel apologetic about their nonsense service. It was so upsetting as I watched them take my money claiming it to be a "restocking fee" for THEIR FAULT... JUST STAY AWAY from them. There are many other places to order that wont mess you up or make you pay to get messed up. Not even apologetic at all. TERRIBLE service! Period! I will be sharing this post in as many places as I can to protect people from going through what I went through. Yes it was that bad.

Great support. Received an email to let me know that I the color that I wanted was unavailable. They gave me the opportunity to choose a different hair color. MAHAZ was very helpful through the process.

I placed an order and then realized I forgot an item. I emailed the company and Mahaz responded almost immediately. She was able to add the item I needed and gave me a discount. Mahaz followed up with me and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely use them again and share this site with friends and family!!!

I've had nothing but good things to say about the company. Granted, I have had two orders that couldn't be fulfilled because of low stock BUT I was notified within hours and the rest of my order went through without a hitch. The quality of the products I've received are always as described and the website is easy to manage.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I gave them two star because most algorithms remove the top and bottom to account for outliers. Be assured they deserve zero starts. This company is full of lies. Their website says if you place the order 3pm, the order will ship the next day. I ordered at 9:30am Monday. The order did not “ship” until Wednesday. But. They actually lied about that too. My order was marked as shipped Wednesday. Here it is Friday evening and FedEx still haven’t received the order. They may have decent prices but they are not honest and it’s definitely not worth having to beg for items I paid to have.

Scam. Never received item even though they said it was delivered. Spoke to fed ex and it was delivered to my city with no specific address. There is some hussle going on with the employees I am convinced. They would not even open an investigation with fed ex-hmmmm. Well, it has been disputed with my credit card company and I will be taking this all the way with fed ex after the credit card is finalized at which point I can move forward with fed ex. They need to be prosecuted criminally and I intend to burn them down with the truth.
