Nice selection…shady practices! What company requires you to send a picture of your credit/debit card before sending a purchase? If my payment went through, that should be enough. Canceled my order and found a better site with a better selection, prices AND customer services! Don’t waste your time!

It's time that I wrote a review. I've been a loyal customer since 2020. Here's a list of what I love about this company. 1. A good stock of inventory; 2. A wide variety of styles and brands; 3. Reliability in knowing I will get my product on time; 4. If I place an order and the wig is unavailable they reach out to me with options to wait, replace, or remove the item from my purchases (thank you Daejonna D!). 5. A good stock on affordable wigs. I can't afford to buy a $500 wig, that's crazy! My balding head is so happy I can get affordable wigs that look great! Thank you Ebonyline!

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I placed an order . Fed ex marked the package delivered however I never received it. When I initially reached out I was told I had to wait 7 days before you all could file a claim. I waited the 7 days and reached back out only to be told there's nothing that could be done. Why tell me to wait as if there was a possibile resolution. I have been a loyal customer but don't have money to just be throwing away on a company that doesn't put their customers first. It's not like you guys can't resend it. I will not be returning
