I’ve been using Ebonyline for years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. Weather it’s ordering their hair online or emailing their customer service team, they always come through for me! Recently I wanted to partially cancel an order I placed and Daejonna D was such a HUGE help! Her response time was perfect and she helped me so much with everything. Even with in person beauty supplies near me, I always shop with Ebonyline! If I could rate my experience with Ebonyline more than 5 stars I definitely would!

lousy customer service Mark available items that do not have and they don't notify you, you have to ask why they don't send it and they answer you very badly I have been sent wrong items on different occasions I kept buying because I liked the merchandise but honestly it is no longer worth being angry with the poor management they carry and it is lucky if everything you ordered is in stock because they do not update what is there or not
