I have appreciated that they have now updated their system to show you what is in stock and what is not; in the past, I would order an item and learn some days later that it was no longer available. Larissa was a help to me today in clarifying the color that I ordered.

I've ordered from this website several times in the past couple years without any issues. However, this year, the cybersecurity software program on my laptop has been flagging serious security issues with the Ebonyline website. As a matter of fact, I just went to the website and my security software immediately blocked a Trojan virus that attempted to download itself onto my computer. While browsing the website on another occasion, someone was remotely adding products to my shopping cart. Be very careful on this website! I would love to be able to shop this site again, but will not do so until the security breach is handled. *EDIT - I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. After reading other reviews, I'm convinced that Ebonyline is under new management, and the new owners have corrupted the operations and website. That's the only explanation for what has happened to this once-stellar company. I ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THIS COMPANY IS NOT THE SAME 'EBONYLINE'. 2nd Edit: No Ebonyline, your website is not secure. Why don't you respond to the customers who've reported fraudulent charges being made on their credit cards after placing orders on your website? I don't care if my review is flagged, your company just needs to fix the problem. Using your website to steal from consumers is illegal. I don't know if the problem is from within the company, or if a security lapse has opened a backdoor to hackers, but YOUR WEBSITE IS NOT SECURE.

I had an issue with my order. I sent and email and DaeJonna D responded to me within a matter of minutes and quickly fixed my issue. Moments later my order was shipped and she emailed me quickly with a tracking number! Thank you for your awesome customer service!
