This site is my go to for hair. So many wonderful options and super quick delivery! (Well priced I might add) I will not shop online anywhere else for my wigs. Their customer service is always on point if you need them, which I don’t too often because things run smoothly! Shout out to DaeJonna D! Thank you, you all are the best!

I purchased this wig in the honey blonde color and it was too dark for me. I sent the wig back under the impression I could get a credit as it states when you fill out a request to return a product. I received my bank statement and there’s 65.00 and some change from Ebony line. Of course, you can't speak to anyone, so I had to chat with a rep. I asked her about the refund when I clearly requested a credit from them. She states its company policy to charge 20% to re-stock the wig. I was aware of that, that's why I requested a credit. If that wasn't an option, I would have kept the wigs. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service here. Don't offer a credit if that's not what you are willing to give. I paid 14.00 to send the wig back and lost 20% of my money what sense did that make. And to think I been ordering from this company for years it's just sad how this was handled. The wigs were in the same condition as they were sent it to me. I just didn't like the color. Very unhappy customer.
