Please don't take notice of all the clearly fake reviews on here. Novibet simply can't be trusted. Which makes having a good selection of sportsbets on offer, and having nice bonuses etc completely irrelevant. Just as I finally started to show a profit, my account was closed and all winnings forfeited. Novibet claims this was due to 'multi-accounting', but this is just an excuse they use on anyone showing a profit. Please stay far away fellow bettors!

I joined about 4 or 5 days ago. I wanted to get the verification out of the way because I know with these betting sites the min you start to try to withdraw that there's problems. Even tho there's never any problem depositing. So I sent in my I'd, my proof of address, and I sent them a photograph of my debit card I used to deposit back and front. They refused my withdrawal, stated that despite all that they still needed further verification. I even sent them a headed letter which I had recieved from the company who supplies my debit card, have sent them transactions from the swirl card website where my account is withheld and still there's issues. It is very unfair that you put your trust in these people, I mean they take your money no questions asked but withdrawals that's another story. It's very time consuming and I am very stressed out. What's more I really believe with what I'm after going through that any positive reviews must be firstly few and far between or made up because their customer service staff are like robots, they don't know the first thing about dealing with people.
