Was a customer of this site for 3+ years and never had any problems…until now. You get lucky and win a couple of bets and all of a sudden the most you can bet is 10 cent on an event. When you start winning, they don’t let you continue. Customer support are also useless as none of them can speak English properly. They claim “the system” decides how much you can bet on each event, but if I can only bet €0.10 and a friend can bet €1000 on the exact same market, how is that fair?

I joined in March 2024 and after initial problems of not getting welcome bonus and having to fight for it, I now get rewards paid accurately 95% of the time and when I have issues, they have sorted issue promptly. Never an issue with a payout so far. I Main issue would be that the terms and conditions of promotions can be poorly written.
