A real slip up this year due to inadequate couriers. Parcel squashed flat as a pancake, boxes saturated wet and cntents flattened, particularly intended gift items. Wasted opportunity and wasted money. Still waiting wlmost 10 days now for a response and refund. Very upsetting experience.
