I ordered on a Sat evening & when I paid the delivery address reverted to my own, I used Apple Pay. This meant I had to repost from my home to the recipient. Whilst maybe this was not Ringtons fault I think they should have accepted some responsibility as there was no one I could contact to cancel until the Mon am, I believe when parcels are being sent due to busy periods eg Christmas then the Customer should be able to cancel or edit. I therefore find it unacceptable that ringtons did not refund postage & the cost became almost 50% of the purchase price of the goods . Not in my opinion good customer service. I have ordered thugs several times online from ringtons but would consider long and hard before doing so again

I love the quality of the food you sell and have drunk Ringtons tea in the green box for years from Booths but worry that they may stop stocking it. My son says there is a delivery man if I need to start doing that. My only complaint is that you take too long despatching it to the carriers and then there is another wait until it arrives. It is not good enough in this day and age. Apart from that we love your products.

A very good range of hampers. We chose the biscuits as a gift, which arrived within the 5 working days quoted. A delicious variety, which they look forward to eating.

The biscuits were excellent as always, the only problem came with the delivery…packing biscuits into a cardboard box with little to no bubble wrap results in many broken items. I expect the biscuits left whole but sadly delivery drivers are not always that careful. Maybe a bit of wrap could help. Would buy again as the ginger snaps were gorgeous.
