Product great but sent to the incorrect address . Totally my fault but I emailed as soon as I’d realised it had the wrong delivery address and it took 3 days for customer services to come back to me to apologise for the emails not working , by this point I already had the item so it was too late . It was my fault but didn’t think that apology 3 days later was very good and can’t believe a company as large as Ringtons took that long to sort the problem .
