FINGER WEG ! Ich werde das jetzt meinem Anwalt übergeben die halten sich bei weitem nicht an europäisches Recht ,es werden keine Mails beantwortet es gibt kein Nachkauf von Ersatzteilen obwohl 12 Jahre Garantie, das sind skrupellose Diebe !!!!!!

Ordered a pilates machine. The infamous Tracy was assisting. I dont live in the UK and Tracy was assisting with the transport but surprise surprise it couldnt get through customs. Attempted dozens of times to get refund but HQ in Australia had to authorise - never got a cent back. How is a company allowed to continue to trade with a overt track record of fraud and deceit. Why is the UK Trading Standards agency not involved and close them down.

For anyone who is needing replacement parts I will be listing most parts on ebay for the benders and remotes for treadmills (most stock supplied by this company etc) their stock has been purchased at auction as previous comment states they have now closed for business. Aucune nouvelle également suite à un mail au service SAV pour un problème de panne d'un produit sous garantie... ça fait 6 mois... Je déconseille ce site... et je suis dégoutée de n'avoir aucun retour...

Bonjour, très déçu du SAV car un 1er mail envoyé le 5 juin pour demande de prise en charge suite à une panne (toujours sous garantie). Malgré 3 mails de relance, aucune réponse à se jour. On se pose des questions sur le sérieux de cette entreprise....Personne ne vous accompagne en cas de soucis...par contre pour acheter il y a du monde qui est présent ...

J'ai commandé et payé en date du 1er mars 2024 un extracteur de jus que je n'ai jamais reçu. J'ai envoyé 3 courriels à l'adresse support... Ce service ne répond jamais. Nous sommes le 24 juin 2024, j'aimerais récupérer le montant de l'extracteur le plus rapidement possible. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t buy anything of value from this company. They fail to process warranty claims. Even for a few small replacement parts needed.

Do not order from this company, I called in to a neighbouring business and was told that staff have not been paid and I believe they have been evicted from the premises. They are no longer able to trade which explains why emails and phone calls are not being answered.

J'ai acheté un extracteur Biochef en 2016. Au bout d'un an, j'ai une pièce qui s'est casée, elle m'a été remplacée très rapidement et efficacement. En 2022 la pièce en plastique qui entoure la vis sans fin s'est brisée. Depuis j'envoie des messages réguliers au SAV, mais mes demandes sont restées sans résolution!!

Dreadful customer service - Sadly I am having the same experience as many others. I ordered two water filters. One of them broke within 4 months. I have been told that I need to complete a claim form!!!! plus send pics, etc and it would take 5 days. That in itself was pretty rubbish service as the item was so new and I had bought two (three if you include the one that broke prior to this - but that one was a couple of years old and so I thought it was normal wear and tear - perhaps not as it has happened again). At the moment I am still chasing for an update on the situation but I am not impressed and will certainly not order from them again or recommend them.

Ich versuche seit über einem Jahr zwei Ersatzteile zu bekommen, innerhalb der 5 Jahresgarantie für Einzelteile. Zuerst habe ich die Aufforderung erhalten, diese + Porto selbst zu zahlen. Auf den Hinweis hin, dass die zwei Teile innerhalb der Garantie kaputt gegangen sind herrscht Stille. Mittlerweile habe ich wiederholt geschrieben. Ich werde kategorisch ignoriert!!! Keine Antworten. Und da sie einmal reagiert haben, ist klar, dass sie die Nachrichten erhalten.

I have bad experience with this company. The stuff i bought i wasn't happy with quality so I returned within few days, after month still waiting for refund, they dont pick up phone, one excuse after another one. Pointing office in Australia. Big SCAM,way soon many upset customers in past few months, same issues, never refund and also some never received the goods and Thousands of pounds gone 😑
