We had a slight issue with one of the toggles snapping off our light switch, we contacted Buster and Punch and they immediately agreed to replace it and have sent out a replacement light switch. Excellent customer service

That was a very effective way to discuss and clarify the issues instead of just emailing back. She was very friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable about the materials and provided a positive experience. Having such great customer service makes it easy to keep buying from Buster and Punch!

The buying experience was flawless. However, I am a little disappointed in the quality of the switches. They feel loose and cheap compared with their price. I was expecting both the bi-pole and dimmer switches to have a more solid feel.

Before putting my order through, I called and they were very helpful and informative. I received my package in a timely manner. And a year later, I had an issue with one item and they immediately replaced it saying that there was a 2 year warranty.

I appreciate the company is now reaching a scale where their processes and IT systems and website are struggling and hope that my feedback is incorporated into their new platforms. Thank you to the customer services team. __________________ I find it hard to believe that an order placed at the weekend which i then tried to ammend, by increasing the order size, at 8.32am on a Monday, can not be ammended by an organization that is not cintactable over the wekend or before 8.30 am on a Monday!
