When we decorated our newly bought house, we purchased brass door stoppers from Buster + Punch and while they were more expensive than other brands, they were exactly what we wanted, and doing their jobs as door stoppers, while looking all luxurious in the process. We also purchased door latch mechanisms and they fitted our standard doors perfectly and work great. Much better than the cheap Amazon ones we bought before and ended up having to buy new sets. Better buy from Buster + Punch first. Fully recommended!

The experience was overall great and I got help from customer service. However, we removed one star because the packaging the product came in didn't seem secure enough for the very delicate glass items that were ordered.

Product looks great but the clicking action of B&P dimmer switches feels incredibly cheap. Cost isn’t justified.

The engineering and materials used give these products a robust and premium feel, but one of the $100 bulbs that came with my caged wall sconce light, was cheaply put together. The screw base of the bulb was attached to the rest of the bulb with some kind of putty that didn't feel like an adhesive. It managed to twist off with the smallest of force as I twisted the bulb into the light fixture. I was able to reattach the two wires that connect the two at this weak point, and so the bulb now works. Given the price though, I didn't expect to have to do that. Please use something else to seal your parts together and quality test them. Other than that, everything is great.

Top company. Fast delivery, very clear website. I called customer service to ask when the delivery should be arriving in Norway. I received a very fast and accurate response. I have ordered several times from them.

Item took a long time to be dispatched as items were out of stock. this was not made clear at the time of order. Items arived eventually and were as expected. Good quality and attractive for the price Packaging was ugly and included excessive amounts of plastic. This could be improved with Cardboard packaging which would also look higher quality.

Your delivery and courier is shocking , I can’t even send my own courier which absolutely unheard of !!
