United Kingdom | 06 March 2025Absolute shit the internet constantly buffers can’t get signal in my children’s rooms or my bedroom , they charged me for 3 weeks possibly more when the internet was down in my area I’ve transfers over to a different provider and their now saying they can’t see when I was offline from their records it’s almost as if I’ve been robbed and made to pay fr internet that wasn’t working for that period of time , and now because I have switched their charging me a termination fee , disgusting to be honest I’ll pay the month that’s owed but you can shove the termination charge !!!! DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANY ONE Your reviews speak for them selves really don’t they 😂😂🤦🏽♀️ terrible and also train your staff to speak to customers properly instead of speaking over them 👌🏼

Last week I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get through to technical assistance without success. Today I did eventually get through to someone and the service was restored. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes today . I only recently renewed my contract with you and I was told I had a 3 month cancellation period. If things don’t improve I will cancel.

I have had a problem with my sky q box dropping out of connection constantly. 6g spoke to the sky engineer and within minutes the issue was identified and 6g tweaked my connection and the problem was solved. I have always found 6g tech support to be really helpful and I would recommend trying 6g especially if your limited to which internet speeds you can get at your house
