I was asked to provide a review following a recent contact with customer service, and I was more than happy to as they've been really helpful. 6g internet really is great value. The service from the team is fast and responsive - last month engineers were sent round the same afternoon as a problem was reported (roof antenna blown down in high winds) and fixed the same day. Today I had a webchat with Omar who quickly resolved an intermittent problem with my connection, and later on followed up with a phone call to make sure all was working OK. After being been passed from pillar to post through different departments with my previous Internet service provider then having to wait days for an engineer to arrive, I took the decision to move to 6g in September and the service and internet speed have been incomparable. Plus I'm paying around half the price for double the speed of my prior package. Highly recommended.

So glad I went with 6G excellent broadband reception. Way better than virgin who I was with for 11yrs.Dan & Sam came do installation very polite & good set of lads. Did an amazing job & even tacked the wire from the receiver box to the skirting board to neaten it up. Great job guys👍

This morning Ryan clayton and Jamie visited our house and set up the internet router. The service was outstanding.

We've had 2 interactions with Ryan Heyes one of the Engineers at 6G both have been really positive. Great service on the initial install, really thorough. Follow up visit was to fix something our dog had broken. My wife was picking out son up when the Engineer arrived and he was really accomodating and was really quick with the service.

This morning, I had two lovely engineers (Clayton & Ryan) come to install my internet, it has been a long day for the both off them due to having so many signal problems but still carried on going. I appreciate them both for installing my internet after taking so long. Both very kind.

Lovely experience today, the two men that were here today Ryan and Jamie, we’re both lovely, professional and cared about keeping things neat and putting things like the TV and tv unit back to where it originally was and closing the window that the internet lead was fed through after themselves. Let me set my own password on the internet after asking and just overall we’re really nice chaps and a credit to your company.
