Until my offer was accepted my experience with Harbor was businesslike and fair, but once it was handed over to Claire McLetchie my experience was phenomenal! She would contact me immediately with any important updates and notifications (before my solicitors who they themselves are very good). She obviously had a very good relationship with the sellers and I felt constantly she was working for both of us to get us the best mutual outcome. She completely upends all negative connotations of estate agents and I cannot praise her enough. I felt very lucky this was the estate agency the seller had chosen for their sale.
