Viewings were well scheduled to suit both parties out with working hours and at weekends. As the marketing was so good the family who viewed it first knew what they where getting and bought the house at first visit. Even through the sale process we were kept in the loop on how things were progressing. When sale was progressing we where kept on the loop at each stage and managed to get the best outcome listening the advice from the sales team. All in all a first class service. What can I say... i had a few different companies out to value my house over the months i was thinking of selling, Harbor also came out then, but i was scared to commit... the team were not pushy and gave me a wee call just to find out how things were, others were constantly contacting us to sell.. i felt the team gave a friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish, kept me informed, gave me a shoulder and ear when I needed it, I really trusted they had my best interest at heart... and most importantly, they sold my house on the 1st day of viewings... AND got me the best price possible.
