Not based in London Based in China Expect buyer to pay postage for return to China

Still waiting after 2 weeks to receive my item after reading the reviews on here I am sceptical I will get the jeans I ordered and what quality they will be why are these people still allowed to trade it is fraud and misleading to people who are spending their hard earned money on rubbish

Clothes wrong sizes, cheap horrible material and poorly made. Not made in material advertised cheap polyester etc. Impossible to return items as need to go back to China at huge cost and no guarantee of arriving.

Returns are not simple. You have to post to China (about £10) for one item. I heard nothing, then the parcel was return to me uncollected. I contacted them and they said the warehouse had been moved and I had to pay again for it to be sent to a different address or accept 10% refund and keep the item! Will not shop from them again. 'London' in the name is very misleading.

Don’t touch them! My dress arrived after about 3 weeks. The quality was terrible, and the dress cost £35 so I expected better. The buttons were hanging off, it was poorly stitched and the sizing was far too small. There aren’t even labels on the dress. I contacted Oliver London immediately via email to arrange a refund and still have received no response. Do not touch this company under any circumstances! You will be flushing your hard earned money down the toilet. Don’t do it!

Awful from Beginning to end! The shipping details were so vague it took 3 weeks to arrive, item was appalling quality, to return the item has been a long process. This company is based in China. After emails to a fro they finally tell you to return the item to China. Although on the original package there’s a clear UK return address. I have written off the £37 as poor judgement on my part. Lesson learnt!

If I could give this company minus five stars I would. The goods were of extremely poor quality, nothing like what was advertised, and bore no relation to UK sizing. They agreed to a refund if I returned the goods, which I did, only to have the goods returned by Chinese customs as there was insufficient information on the (fully completed) customs form provided by Oliver London. Avoid these bandits

Quality poor !! Stay clear So far trying to return 2 items but keep getting same email .. after every email I send ! It’s giving fob off .

Shameful misleading marketing. You would think from their website that it is a British based company, in fact if you need to return something you have to send it to China at your own cost. This happened to me in early January this year, it cost me £20 to send back an item & I just found out that they refused delivery. It has just arrived at my home. No refund & £20 out of pocket. Absolutely scandalous!!

Same experience as others on here. Still waiting for refund for goods returned in February although sent them all the evidence of posting etc. Now looks as though the company has closed? They’re crooks. Paid by credit card so hopefully they’ll refund.

Appalling unrefundable Chinese cheap knock-offs a speciality. Low-grade operation based in deepest China who hide behind their customs processes to avoid refunding you for their cheap not-as-described tat. Bought November "in stock" for Xmas, delivered January, returned immediately, held in customs for two months, allegedly returned in March, its now May. Nada. Total con job.

This is a dreadful company . I ordered a Noah sweater, £36, on 26/11/23 and did not receive it until the end of the year. By then it was too late to be a Christmas gift. The garment was of the cheapest and shoddiest kind, looking nothing like the website photograph. I contacted them , posted it back at my own expense and now, at the end of April , I am still waiting for a refund. This is actual robbery; no garment and payment plus returns postage all gone. I hope this review will save someone else from a costly error.

Negative stars from me! I ordered and paid for 2 items. The first was so different from what I expected that it went straight to the charity shop. The second was never sent. I received an email saying it was out of stock and did I want to order something else. I said no, I just wanted a refund. I am still waiting despite fruitless communications with 'Customer Services'. So, for that item, they took my money and gave me precisely nothing in return.
