It's a Scam. Didn't buy anything. But the trust pilot reviews they have on their page are fake and for another brand called Olivier London

Complete SCAM. I totally fell for the lovely pictures and sob story about a business closing down. Essentially I recieved a print of a lovely woolly jumper printed on spitty material... and I don't mean spitty. It would be funny if I hadn't spent a considerable sum on it I'm now unsure I will get back. ZERO STARS

This is a scam. They pretend to operate from the UK but are not, they operate from China. I ordered and within an hour cancelled the order. Was refused a refund. Got two products delivered four weeks later. One is roughly as described but overpriced, the other a piece of cheap junk that had been cleverly photographed. Do not buy from ads or their website, it's all a scam.

This is a scam. Instagram need to do something about this fake company. They’re quick enough to take down art posts but not apparently fake accounts conning people. Ordered 27th November ‘23. Assumed the company was based in London since it’s named Oliver London but it’s not it’s based in China. I tried to cancel the order but no response. Emails arrived first saying the item I’d ordered was unavailable and then, the same day, that it had been shipped. It arrived on 4 January. It is nothing like the item in the picture. It’s really poor quality. I asked for a return label so I could send it back but they tell me I have to pay the postage back to China - nearly as much as the cost of the item. I’m going to give it to a charity shop instead but I doubt anyone will buy it it’s such poor quality. Why is it listed as having 1.6 stars when everyone has given it 1?!

This company is a scam…..set up very recently, advertising on Instagram, with a back story of family company closing down. Is actually a new company set up very recently in Hong Kong. They do reply to my emails but not related to what I’ve said to them…just stringing things out. Not sure how they get average rating of 2.5 stars on trust pilot since no one is giving more that one star and only because zero stars isn’t an option.

I also ordered from the website, following an ad. On closer inspection of the website, can’t believe I fell for it. the company is new the advert suggests they have been trading for years. I did get a really terrible cardigan resembling the one I ordered but no labels and holes cut for buttonholes. The other product I ordered never arrived. I cancelled my card as fearful this was an in to a bigger scam. Do not order. The trust pilot reviews on their website also appear fake.

If I could have put no stars I would have done. I fell for the pretty cardigan and sale price on Instagram and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. I've emailed and emailed. Now trying to get my money back via the bank and I'm reporting them to Meta- especially as they have popped up using the same wordage but a different Instagram name. It's got to be a scam- stay clear. My cardigan arrived 7th January 2024. I have sent an email to Oliver London to say it has arrived. It is not as the photo depicts and certainly is not worth £35.99 and absolutely not worth the pre sale price of £119! I will wear it, but will never buy from an Instagram advert again- lesson learned!
