Always used Homefair but not anymore..They use to do appointments after 5pm but no more so if you work then tough..expected my fitting on 2nd Jan only to be told wrong ones delivered..so had to rebook..they now charge you £25 if you want a 1 hour window to fit.otherwise you get a text in the morning with a window of arrival..Cant fault fitting lads who were great and tidy...also if you want your old blinds taking down its £25..never known this before..gone downhill...

Colin came to measure and quote, we were very happy and paid deposit. Fitter came job done very quickly. Both were so friendly and professional and so much cheaper than a competitor, but cost did not impact on quality. Very happy would recommend!

Bad shabby service fitter turned up am instead of pm..when i stated afternoon Appointment didn't even know what windows were to be fitted. Jamed blind in then realised it was at the wrong window. Awaiting call back from manager that didn't happen company admitted fault .staff need to communicate better..and paperwork should be updated...dissapointed.

Had Full new house done, selecting and measuring process was easy, and the fitting was done very fast and looks great.

Dealt with this company for years, they have had my custom for 20+ years, decided to get curtains (very expensive) from them end of last year, it didn’t work out very well, lots of home visits not very good communication from customer service put errors right in the end. Had to pay 100% upfront before they would come and fit then the errors happen lots of hassle.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish, we had a slight mistake with the size of the tape on the blinds when fitted and they changed them for us as soon as possible, the lady I dealt with in the office was very helpful and lovely person to talk to, Would use homefair blinds again
