Customer Service very poor. I have used company twice in the past with no problems, however this time having said they could fit 5 blinds in my bay window. The main blind came faulty, did not line up with the others and the pelmets were all cut unevenly, looked a mess. I rang up the same day which was over 2 month ago, and asked for someone to come out and investigate as I had paid a lot of money. I received a text to say they were going to send the same person that fitted them, I had to send an email to say I wanted someone else to investigate. They agreed they would send someone else who came out and agreed it looked a mess, took further measurements and said they would replace. Having not heard anything by last week which was exactly two months since original fitting I rang up and spoke to someone who was quite curt, and said the blind was in. I asked when they were going to ring me to tell me, she said "I don't know" quite sharp and rude I felt. On top of this the original fitter came out yesterday to fit the new blind only for that to also be faulty, he took pictures and sent to his manager who agreed they were not right and asked him to take down a smaller blind to see how they could match it with the main blind. An absolute joke!!! I rang up and spoke to a man who said he would ring me back as a matter of urgency yesterday and get this resolved. I am still waiting?? I have just contacted them and asked for a full refund as this is simply not good enough customer service and the whole experience has been awful. A member of the customer service team has just rang with no understanding or sympathy to our problems. Basically said sorry the blinds aren't right, we will refund you and pick up the blinds you have. No apology for the time wasted or offer of compensation or solution to the upset caused or the waiting. Very disappointed with the whole service from start to finish. Still no response from head office either, absolute joke 3 week’s later!!!

Excellent service Measured up for 8 venetian blinds. Gentleman very helpful especially about the bay window fit. Fitter arrived on time and put up blinds. Quality and price good. Arranged then for 2 roller blinds. Staff very helpful. Fitter again arrived on time and fitted no problem. First time for me with this company but very happy with the service and would recommend the company.

I had my new blinds fitted today. The guy was fast and efficient and blinds lovely. However he didn't show me how they worked, they were the new type that attach to each window frame. He didn't show me, left his rubbish too. I also asked if he had a brochure or business card for my neighbour who was impressed. Their show room is 30 mins away, I live in a small pit village. He said he didn't have any, as they dont carry any, and was non apologetic. He told me to photo his van for the number. This I thought was a little unprofessional hence 4 stars.

what service excellent product fitted very quickly. i would have no hesitation in reccomending homefair blinds, why can't all companies be as good as homefair blinds. they set the standard others should try to achieve!

Came to measure up on time, actually early very polite in his work. Very quick at measuring and told me what day and time the fitter would arrive. Fitter came early as well, excellent service all round

Excellent service from start to finish. All the Homefair staff who I met throughout the process were friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent service given. I will definitely be shopping with them again and highly recommend them.

Once the fitter actually came out the service was great but original appointment got cancelled due to the fitter calling in sick. Understandable - these things happen. I had taken the day off work for the first fitting. Very rude, patronising staff when you try to call up and let them know of the inconvenience caused. Had to call 3 times and still didn't manage to speak to the installation manager. Overall poor customer journey and the only thing they could offer me was a discount off my next order - which will not be happening.

Fantastic customer service when ordering the blinds, unsatisfied there after, cancelled 1st appointment, big hole made in plaster, incorrect sizes sent, which had to be cut to fit, (leaving scratches ect) . Poor customer service skills and terrible after care. Would not recommend and definitely won't use again.

All staff very helpful from start to finish, blind look very classy, had perfect fit fitted to conservatory about 5years ago ,going to do bathroom with same in a few weeks, also had 2 bow windows done with louvres, no complaints at all would recommend this company every time.
