SCAM COMPANY! I paid for extra insurance when booking to avoid the 1400euro deposit. Upon pick up I was then made to pay another £150 for more insurance if i didnt want them holding €1400 on a credit card. I arrived very late at night, the car only had a quarter tank of fuel and i was travelling an hour and half away which then resulted in me not having enough fuel to make it to the fuel station in the morning as it was 19km away. I contacted them for help with breakdown service as I had paid for insurance x2 and they told me it is not covered and to walk to the fuel station which is impossible, 8 hour round trip on foot in 38degree heat? When I returned the car they pointed out small damage on the tyres and that it was damage caused by me but couldn't produce the photos from pick up and it wasnt covered on the 2 lots of insurance I had paid for, acted like they didnt know about the insurance I had taken out, they had no paperwork with them at all and they failed to send me a copy of the documents when collecting the car. Im just grateful I didnt leave the deposit as they would of taken all of it!

Booked the car online for a 5 day trip through Crete. Honestly, we really liked the “meet and greet” type of pickup for the car. The representative brought us the car and came to pick it up at the airport, which was really convenient. It made it so much easier to not go to a kiosk. Chose a Volkswagen Polo, but got a Peugeot 208 (which is a similar economy model). The car was new and clean. Really nothing to complain, a decent car to drive through Crete. The representative was a nice guy. Tried his best to help us with our questions and was very patient. Whenever we had a question, the company was easy to contact through phone and Whatsapp. Would definitely recommend the company and choose them again in the future.

Ordered via the Internet. the sale took place at the airport. The delivered vehicle was a Peugeot 208 model, it smelled like new. The gentleman paired the phone, recommended places for trips and patiently answered my questions. And there were many of them. The delivery took place at the agreed place and without any problems. The vehicle was not off-road, so it was driven only on the road. However, we were missing mandatory equipment, which fortunately we did not need. Anyway, when I return in the fall, I will use the services of this rental company again.

Donc en une heure vous avez déjà réussi à la relouer, belle efficacité !!!! Résultat on me propose une nouvelle voiture mais 50 € plus chère bien évidemment Rien à dire sur la voiture qui était neuve Ensuite au retour de la voiture une inspection de plus de 30 minute effectuée par votre salarié qui trouve quelque chose sous le bouclier avant et m’annonce une retenue de près de 400€ sur la caution 400€ je ne sais quelle raison qui ne se voit pas!!!??? J’appelle ça du vol!!! Je suis extrêmement mécontent

Smooth car pick-up & return at Heraklion airport. Car almost new (~3,000km), good value for money. Drive365 has no booth at Heraklion airport, you need to call them and they will deliver / pick-up the car in minutes.

This was the best car rental experience I have ever had! It was so convenient to be met at the arrivals exit, immediately get in the car without a walk or shuttle ride and be able to drive off in minutes The check in process was thorough but very fast. Then, returning was even easier - right at the departure gate. The car we received was in impeccable condition. It was greatly appreciated to have one less headache when travelling abroad, I highly recommend Drive365 and will use again myself on future trips!

It was an awful experience. It was hard to find the agent because there is not an fysical office. We booked a babysit but it wasnt there. The agent was looking for a babysit while we were waiting with the baby in the rain. He didn't find a safe and suitable babysit, so we couldnt drive with our baby. The car was not the car we booked but a "similar" car, but this wasn't similar because it was a smaller car. The agent got irritated and left us with our baby at the road in the rain and left. It feels unhuman and horrible to be left behind with a young child on your start of the vacation. Never again and please don't book with drive365.

Może zbyt szczegółowi przy odbiorze auta co wprowadza niepotrzebne napięcie .Auto nowe choć silnik niestety o bardzo małej mocy co powodowało dyskomfort w czasie jazdy po stromych i krętych drogach. Zbyt wysoki depozyt za wypożyczenie ale za to natychmiastowy zwrot na kartę kredytową. Ogólnie polecam.
