Russell did a fantastic job recovering some very old slides from a rare format. The customer service was exceptional, we were continually updated and the turnaround speed was very impressive. And for great value. The entire family are really impressed with the results, which are contributing to helping a close family member cope with dementia.

Russell provided an excellent service converting our (60 year old) Cine and (30 year old) video to USB. It was wonderful to relive old memories. He provided regular progress updates, a speedy delivery and an excellent quality conversion. Will definitely use Russell again.

I had several sentimental mini camcorder videos transferred, converted and cleaned to digital format and copied to USB data sticks and an additional set in DVD format as back up. Russel has helped me out twice. Once putting two old vhs tapes to a usb stick and recently eight video 8 tapes to usb. The results in both cases were exceptional. The images were brighter, cleaner and distortion free. The hours of work necessary to produce these results were in no way reflected in Russell’s cheap prices. His customer service is superb and I can definitely recommend Bluebell Office Services.

Russell took 7 of our family films from 1941and edited them so that the length and colour were vastly improved and finally they are a pleasure to watch--not an easy task I'd imagine, with such old and damaged films! Russell's prices are below average, but his service and results are miles above. Regular updates made for brilliant communication. Will be back in future.

We called upon the services of Bluebell photo scanning after I found our original video wedding shortly before of 20th anniversary. Both myself and hubby and just returned from holiday and tested positive for covid19 but I desperately wanted to be able to watch our wedding video on our anniversary with our daughter who had never seen it. I contacted Russell and nothing was a problem, he arranged to have the video picked up from us (all with covid protocols in place) and returned back to us all digitally converted on a dvd and usb within a week and for a very reasonable price We received regular emails too so we knew what was happening. I asked these guys to see if they could transfer data from a 16 old brick of a hard drive onto a device I could access them from. They worked tirelessly to do this for me, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. I am now the proud owner of an iPod with several thousand old photos more than a few thousand music files, home videos and other files I had completely forgotten about. I can’t thank them enough for all the time sweat and tears they dedicated to this task for me. I have regained my entire music history and my childrens early lives. The price for doing all this was unbelievably reasonable and I expected them to charge far more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thankyou so much .

Great experience of Bluebell Photo & Scanning Services. They converted 2 video's to USB, one of which was my parent's Wedding video which was over 30 years old. The picture and sound quality was excellent given the age of the video. Russell was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
