United Kingdom | 17 April 2022So pleased I found your ad in local magazine, had a cassette recording of my late dad playing guitar and singing which was over 30 yrs old, asked for transfer to CD, and not disappointed. The quality of sound is great, and both Russell and his wife were most helpful. Thank you

United Kingdom | 08 April 2022Really pleased with the old camcorder tapes transfer onto a USB stick along with some photos. All held precious memories and are of great emotional value. Russell discussed requirements, kept me updated as to where he was with the work and following completion checked to see if there were any problems. I am thrilled with the transfers and will definately be a return customer.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2022We used Blue Bell Office Services to transfer old VHS video tapes to a more up to date format. We were very satisfied with the communication throughout and the professional advice and guidance received. We would have no hesitation using their services again and highly recommend them.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2022I had some old VHS and camcorder tapes that were sitting in a box up in the attic gathering dust over the last 20 odd years. And it was only because I was having a clean out that I noticed them after all this time. Anyway, not having a video recorder I really wanted to know what was on them. I found Bluebell Office Services via Google and checked out their website and their prices for video transfers to USB flash drives. They gave me a quote of around £110 for 9 VHS tapes and 5 camcorder tapes, with bulk discounts included, which I thought was pretty decent when compared to other companies doing the same kind of work. I dropped them off in person, both of us wearing masks as a covid precaution, and was told the work would take about 2-3 weeks, although this could be pushed forward if urgent. But I was happy with that, plus I was told I would get an order status update every Monday by email, which was useful. Just under 3 weeks later and the order was complete with an invoice for £105. I went round to pick my order up and was given a quick demo of the transfer of my video tapes to digital mp4 on their TV. Very impressed with the sound and video quality. I was told not to expect HD standard given that the tapes were old standard definition, but the end results were still very impressive. Unfortunately one tape could not be transferred due to damp and the tape being contaminated with moss or some such, hence the slightly reduced final cost. Overall, very impressed with the service and the finished transfers, all of which fitted nicely onto a 64GB data stick. I was also told that a backup of my files would be stored on an encrypted hard drive as well as up in the cloud. So that if I had any disasters with my data stick I could always ask for a replacement copy free of charge other than for the price of USB data stick. Their prices are much cheaper compared to other retailers, and I did think they're cheap for a reason. But I needn't have worried because my transfers really are very good and definitely worth the money.
