Saw an ad for this company (around Christmas time) on facebook and decided to try it anyway! 😂 And I’m glad I did! While it certainly did appear that I would receive the items in time for xmas (I can’t remember the stated time frame for delivery when I ordered, but I do remember thinking I would get it beforehand), I got it a couple of weeks afterwards, which was kind of a nice “ooo! more presents!” kinda thing. My daughter really wanted the night sky/ stars duvet set, so I picked up a couple more bits and bobs. Not overly expensive and the quality of everything is pretty good. I know it’s difficult to keep up with our “I want it now” Amazon deliveries, but it would’ve been nice to have a clearer time frame on delivery, to plan for birthdays/holidays and such.

Wearing my lovely pj while writing The review 😌 I like the kimono style, the comfort, the cotton and the adorable cats on it. Shopping took quite a long time, so my advice is to order it in advance.

Dit is een site die via dropshipping verkoopt maar dit niet helder communiceert. De artikelen vind je elders veel goedkoper ook.

Splendid items and a terrific customer care led by Kerrie who should’ve charged me for resending the package I had missed at the post office (due to a big foot injury) and didn’t. Once I got my hands on the lovely dishes I had bought (will probably hang them for how nice they are) , I offered to pay for the extra shipping, but she refused. Let me know if you can find another customer care of an independent shop (YEP), behaving so nicely, in Europe. It’s giving “savoire faire”, baby 👏🏻

I have discovered The Linea Home this year and fell in love with their kimonos and pajamas. Unfortunately there was a problem with the sizing of the bottom parts of the pajamas (too small whereas the top parts fit well/loos). Only for this reason I give 4 starts, even though Kerry mentioned they have found a solution to the sizing problem for the future! I am looking forward to it then! Regarding the textiles, they are very nice. Everything I have purchased is 100% cotton, and I love it. Also the customer care is really good, Kerry was very nice all the time. Thanks again Kerry!

The products of the store are totally cute, so I ordered from lineahome. Unfortunately, my package was lost. I then contacted the store and must say I have never had such great, lovely and friendly communication. It was immediately taken care of my problem and all levers in motion to send me a new product. Today I finally received the shoes, with a little longer wait than planned, but it was worth it ! Would order here again anytime. Thanks for everything !

Have ordered multiple times and will again. charming products, reasonably priced and shipped in EU, so packages arrive quickly (helps when its for a special occasion) Highly recommend!

I usually try to avoid ordering products from China, but fell for it this time due to the Dutch URL. That was bummer number one, but then I thought „Hey, most clothes are made in Asia anyways, so what's the difference whether they are stored in between or shipped directly?“ The pajama arrived two weeks after ordering. The kimono top is great, absolutely loving it. The issue is with the pants. Just as with Spanish brands like Oysho, the pants seem to be tailored to very petite girls. I usually fit an M e.g. at H&M without issues, but my curves make the pants sit tight at the butt and thighs. Plus, the pants are not made for a 176 cm woman with a 89 cm inseam, they are way too short. Bear that in mind when ordering.

I ordered two products here. It doesn't mention that the sizes are Chinese sizes on the site and therefore smaller, so you might want to order a larger size if your shopping here. The quality of the products is fine and I do enjoy their branding. I found it too much of a hassle to return the product as the top did fit and already made the mistake not to read the shipping policy etc (as all products are send from China, which is where their distributor is.) I asked a question per email about the products but got a less-than-professional response so that was a bit of a red flag. The response was vague full of typos and no name of the sender. Very unprofessional and the message was something along the lines as read in responses to other reviews here where they deny to be a dropshipper yet give you the definition of drop-shipping in pretty words. The products are delivered and packaged in two bags. One from the factory and another bag over the other bag with their brandname on top. That is a nice touch. Overal it's fine. Just be mindful of the drop-shipping element and read the shipping policy and such before you order. P.s I did found the same product on aliexpress and got a replacement for the bottom there that didn't fit. It was cheaper and faster delivered. ( and yes it turned out be be the same product). Make of that what you will.

I have been buying from The Linea Home since I discovered them two years ago. I have nothing but praises for this company and how Kerrie makes sure customers are taken care of. Errors can happen of course, but they are always solved with ease and friendliness. I had a chat with Kerrie for a while as she requested that I give her a review, all I can say is you know you are cared for as her customer. I will continue to support this shop, and so will my friends.

Very seldom do I find a shop with so many lovely products, excellent customer service and really transparent and upfront. I can't praise and recommend this shop more. Kerrie is the nicest human and there has been an incident that she really doesn't have to do anything about, but had spent hours hunting something down for me. I can't wait to see how this shop grows into and looking forward to my next purchase of the cutest items for the house. So much joy.

I made my first order in this shop at the beginning of this year, and since then I'm back on a, regularly base. I love the cute products and the communication with the shop's owner is always gentle and warmly. If something isn't available for the moment, they're always concerned to help and make you happy. I once tried the surprised gift box and every product was chosen with much care and love. I really appreciate this. In general the shop's owner is a real darling.
