This website very clearly practices dropshipping, you will find on this website exactly the same items that you will find on other websites that advertise on facebook. You only have to spend 15 min on aliexpress and all these disgusting websites to find the same products.

This is a dropshipping website. For example, their latest product "lucky star ice cream maker" can be found on aliexpress under the name "ice cream mould star shaped" for 71 cents a piece... Do not get scammed by their constant sales, or their low price. You WILL have aliexpress quality because their products ARE from aliexpress. Edit: even their answers smell of dropshipping. It's a copy paste, my name isn't even on the reply! Yeah, they spend "time once again explaining that they're not dropshipping"... Nah, they're just reusing their replies. So since they're basically telling that I'm worse than them for not replying I will take the time to make constructive feedback on the company (which once again, they're not doing with users since they're reusing their replies!) 1. Greenwashing:in the about section they're telling that the company si "Green" without further explanation. Hard to prove when you're buying cheap products off of taobao and rebranding them. 2. Constant sales. Since they're buying their product for a fraction of the price of what they're selling it for, they can afford to be on constant sale. That's once again, very common in dropshipping websites. 3. The pictures of their products are the exact sames as the one used on Chinese wholesale websites, even their newest product can be found on these sites well before they "released" it. 4. "does aliexpress include VAT?" Yes it does. "is it food-safe?" - aliexpress can be food safe as manufacturers provide the product for Europe and some of them are conform to EU laws. The Linea Home did not provide any certificate of what materials they're using and if it's food safe however - it's easy pointing fingers. À word to the business owner: if you're really trustful and thinking you're not doing dropshipping - then you're getting scammed by your manufacturers that post the exact same stuff on aliexpress. But I doubt it. Because your actions reek of dropshipping themselves.

The product itself (bento box) looks cute and exactly like the in the picture. The item was packed very well but when opening the box I could see and smell the mould. I tried to get in touch with the company by email but somehow my email didn't get through, it's better to contact them via the live chat option at the website. Because I wasn't fully satisfied I received a full refund in just a few seconds. As a customer I really feel being heard and I can't wait to order again.

Drop Shipping. All cheap Chinese products, buy it on Aliexpress and Taobao, or pay x 3 - 10 prices for it.
