United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Like another reviewer, we always find this rather too salty. But it's quite good served with a green vegetable for a quick meal and good to know there is no shellfish in it (unfortunately m&s have started including scallops, which are dredged off the sea floor!). Bigham's are saying they use Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or Marine Conservation Society (MCS) fish to help sustainability of fish stocks - but I don't recall seeing this on the packaging. Worth adding the info I would have thought.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Decided to try their Lasagne and cook for my 92 year old Dad as it was a cold Winters day. Have to say it was the worst Lasagne I have ever tasted as it barely had any beef in, basically all pasta. Having read the ingredients this was confirmed at only 8%? Considering it cost £9.50 more than the superb Best ever Lasagne by M & S which has 30% steak mince in and taste incredible it was unbelievably disappointing. My Dad who usually buys Tesco’s 3 for 2 meal offers which include Lasagne he commented they were far better tasting which is a big worry when you consider the price difference. Should be rebranded meat free Lasagne unless they change the ingredients it was that dreadful.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025very dry potato topping. To floury in the mouth. I can’t tell you the batch code/no as I’ve thrown the packaging away.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025We think Charlie Bighams fish pie is excellent, we put a little more cheese on the top but it is really tasty has plenty of fish and is delicious. We have it every week and it's a great price at £7.50 when on offer with Nectar

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Better than eating out! Charlie’s fish pies are just as though they have been freshly made for you! Every single bite has fantastic flavour, and the dreamy cheesy sauce is to die for. Don’t you dare stop making these Charlie! Cheers Bob and Pia Cove. Kidlington, Oxford.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025The Charlie Bingham fish pie is lovely, and the portion for one is just right if you add some broccoli or other vegetables. I only eat fish, and would love to see more fish recipes Currys for example, would be lovely.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025The fish pie is delicious!! Considering all the faff of making them at home, I’ve now given up and rely on Charlie Bigham!

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025We always like this fish pie. There’s more than enough for the two of us and there’s no shortage of filling! Texture and taste is great as well. This will continue to be on our shopping list in the future.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025The best fish pie in the world except 2 things 1, why don't you put a couple of prawns in the pie? And 2 how can you say that it's for 2 people???. They are too good to share, nobody is eating mine.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025A firm family favourite a meal everyone likes and never tires of. Lovely creamy sauce with chunks of salmon and white fish with lovely cheesy topping. Yum

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Well, we love Charlie Bigham's, all his dishes are superb,a little more expensive but well worth it, you get tasty meat great vegetables gravy, and sauces. We always take them to our son in law and daughter when we vist, they live on a farm in Wales with a milking herd and lot's of sheep, time is very precious, I used to cook for them but as I have got older and have ill health I find Charlie Bingham an absolute blessing, thank you Mrs Jackie Gardner.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025We both really enjoy an occasional Charlie Bighams meal. Don't know if its my perception, but both myself and my wife have noticed a considerable reduction in the amount you get now...for the same price obviously. I had a chicken tikka masala, supposedly for two. No change in the amount of rice..but very definite reduction in the amount of masala and chicken. The fish pie for one, that my wife had was ridiculously reduced. Very sad. Its seems to be the nature of producers nowadays, in that you continue to pay the same price for less. Seems Charlie Bighams have, through their success jumped on the profit at all costs bandwagon. Will no longer be buying Charlie Bigham.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025I compare your fish pie to eating out in a restaurant, unfortunately the restaurants don't always match up to the same quality! Generous quantities of fish and topping, hard to beat. It's not worth buying all the ingredients to make at home, unless I'm feeding a crowd. Also like the lasagne too.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025I've had the single fish and double fish pie. I found that in 2 cases one had lots of sauce and the other not enough it was abit dry. Always buy on offer though . These were bought over the last 3 months.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Always looking out for your products in any store we go to. Excellent products especially the fish pie also Thai, Madras, Jalfrezi curries. Well worth the price of everything. Worthy of 10/10

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Handy to have in the freezer as they are a good substitute to my own homemade fish pie when short of time ! The quality of the ingredients and flavour are always consistent with plenty of fish and enough for 2 people!
