The online application process and customer service were excellent. However, the amount of physical, unsolicited junk mail is wasteful.

Very easy process for obtaining a loan for my small business expansion.

The process was very easy and pretty fast. The one thing that I don't like is that I can not get online and see my balance or make extra payment if i wanted to. I like to be able to be in control but feel like i have none
