Aggressive marketing. I receive 1-2 mailings from them every week. They ignored my request, via a phone call with a live person, to remove me from their mailing list. With how much they must spend on aggressive marketing, I'm sure you pay for it if you do business with them. Due to this, I would never work with them.

The BGH representatives were great and easy to work with. They were very responsive and always willing to help.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. You hear about predatory loan companies and also abusive ones like this company. Bhg demanded a whole bunch of information from me multiple times in a row and wasted my time only to give me an ambiguous reason as to why they rejected my application. I was given a number to call to inquire about the specifics and when I called that number they said that it's a separate department and that nobody can provide that information that it's private. Sort of like all of the personal data which I shared with these loan sharks. Fortunately I was able to easily get a loan with my excellent credit from another provider at it rate that's amazing. These people are the reason why banks have a bad reputation. They embody the impersonal uncaring an unprofessional dismissive nature that everybody knows is true about lending institutions and anyone that's human and authentic stands out. So this is just another cookie cutter company that steals your data. They also must have sold my data to another company since I've been getting a ton of phone calls.

I inquired into a loan with the company and I decided NOT to pursue a loan with ANY company. I have called into BHG 3x and asked to have my name removed from their mailing list due to EXCESSIVE mailings I'm receiving from BHG! I have also written into the company as well. I was told this morning when I called in AGAIN, that it would take 60-90 days to remove my name from the mailing list which is UNACCEPTABLE. I have filed a BBB complaint and will also be filing with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and FTC. This is HARASSMENT !!! Do NOT do business with this company since they cannot follow simple instructions and refuse to obey a lawful request from a consumer!

Dragged out the process. Then approved the loan, signed documents. Then started asking for documents and reason for loan, after it was approved. Dealt with 4 different people asking for documents. Ridiculous. Went elsewhere and got the loan approved in 2 days vs BHG which i gave up on after 10 days. No thanks. Stay away. Not trustworthy.

Well what can I say. John Wargo and his team were very professional. John was on point all the time by far the best some one give this man a raise and his hole team. Every thing was going good just had a slight hiccup. Not BHG fault or bank fault it was my fault. Took care of the problem and right away we were back on track. Very proud to say BHG is the best loan company. Give a big thank you to John Wargo and his team.

The company is honest and has a lot to offer and they have many different avenues designed for anybody in need! Brittani was very helpful and a knowledgeable person who basically worked everything out for me.

I wanted to perform an upgrade and clear CC debt. I applied for a loan with BHG and the approval and delivery process was quick and painless! I recommend BHG to anyone seeking to gain better financial stability!

SCAMMY MAILERS PART 5 You read that correctly. PART FIVE! My contentious relationship with BHG started in February of 2023, when I somehow got placed on their mailing list. Bombarded is an understatement! I went back and forth with this company for MONTHS trying to get me and my husband removed. It felt like some sort of sick joke and illegal form of harassment. We got so many freaking mailers and they kept saying that we were “removed”. Let’s just say, I would NEVER trust a financial company that cannot perform a simple task like removing someone from their mailing list. They are the scum of the earth. They resort to scammy tactics to get you to sign up with them. Needless to say….here I am….minding own business…..1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS LATER….and we both received mailers. I’m having PTSD flashbacks to the harassment! Will this ever end?! What do I need to do to become blacklisted from you guys?! I DONT NOT WANT YOUR SCAMMY SERVICES!!!!!! *edited to reply to BHG reply: I do not understand how my review is “harmful”, it is nothing but truthful. Even so, Trustpilot found I did not break any rules after you reported me to try to get my review removed. I have been repeatedly told that I have been off your contact list and that has not happened. I do not want to solely be removed from your mailing list….I also want to be placed on a do not Call, do not email, do not text, do not bother list for both me (Sarah Reiss) and my husband (Dylan Sirbaugh). Your rep (Gina Calabretta) got sassy with me and said I was unladylike when I freaked out when I got yet another call and email. This is absolutely absurd

The process was straight-forward and my account representative provided excellent support, from guidance to information and responsiveness. Would do business with BHG again in the future.

Put in a request 4 times for a call. There is no way to speak to anyone besides an opener who can only "put in a request" for a call. They outsource all their reps now, so the customer service is nonexistent

Mathew was professional, responsive, and helpful. He made the entire process go smoothly and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that I was able to submit all my documentation virtually and securely. I would recommend BHG to family and friends for their lending needs.
