THE FIVE STAR'S!!!! I would have to say, My advisor Mrs. Yvette Arceneaux she went above and be young; in helping me. Because i took two courses at Medcert Online College. The first course that i took was the Medical Billing Specialist. Then I took the Medical Coding and Billing Professional course, their were some problems that i had dealing with Proctor U. Which in it self will take to long to go into. But after all was said and done i decided to take my career on a different course. But i chose to stay. And to do the next course which was the Medical Coding and Billing Professional which i completed on the 11/05/24. I don't want to leave my teacher out; Mrs. Jamie McLachlan she played a crucial part in all of this with emails, phone calls and lots of explaining the ICD-10-CM , CPT, HCPCS, Now if your in this programs then you know that the MONSTER (ICD-10-CM) can be a bear!! LOL but seriously i had a great team, i also have to included my career coach Aimee Louailleer, she has been helping me. Now i am getting ready to sit for my exams. I am still studding and praying that all will be well and that i am going to pass. Thank you, Ethel Oboute

I found out about MedCerts a month ago. I left my information for more info and I was contacted like an hour later. Mickey was great at communicating with me and being very patient even when my computer wasn’t working. He never seemed annoyed or like he was in a rush. He explained everything to me and always made sure that I understood everything. I got approved in a month. I’m very excited to start this class!

The best part of the experience was Angie. I completed my research prior to requesting information. However Angie was very knowledgeable and took the time to reassure all of my needs would be met. So excited to start learning 10/29/24

I haven’t officially started classes but i wanted to comment on how the enrollment process for the Medical coding & billing program felt extremely easy with the help of Rachael Bowers. She walked me through every single step and document I needed with them and for MyCCA funding and was in constant communication with me. I’m excited to get start!
