I'm currently taking a surgical technologist program, when decided I jumped in not knowing much of the program nor how the company itself works. I was kind of hesitant moving forward with things. After speaking with Nikki McFarlane, she insured me that she was there to help me be successful during this journey & will also be there every step of the way <3 She was able to shed light where I was stressed and also took time to understand & help answer any questions when I couldn't ask them correctly (I get scattered brain while speaking to new people) so half of the things I say or ask doesn't make immediate sense at times. She is the best OF the best. I couldn't ask for a better student advisor. I am truly grateful for her & her patience.

Med Certs has made the whole process of returning to school as an adult leaner easy to navigate. From applying to completion, advisors have been readily available and responsive. Being able to learn at my own pace allowed me to balance work, family and school without being overwhelmed.

I’m beginning a MedCerts program soon, but wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how great Eddie Switkowski has been as my education consultant. He walked me through every step of the process and was very courteous, helpful, and reassuring. I look forward to beginning my program and will review it as well!

I’ve enjoyed learning with MedCerts. It was so convenient and every lessons were so informative. I was so surprised I managed to learn and have so much knowledge due to the fact that my learning method was never always so difficult online but with MedCerts it was the exact opposite. Staffs are incredible as well, they were prompt when needed, patient, and always had all the answers to my questions. I passed my Phlebotomy Tech NHA exam because of how well they taught me. Only reason why I’d give it a 4 star review instead of 5 because it’s difficult to independently find a facility to do clinicals in order to get certified. Still have no luck finding a job that accepts within that scope and I’ve completed my studies & certification exam since July 2022 and it’s already Dec 2022.

Ashley Outlaw was so helpful getting me enrolled, for such a personal big step in my life I was grateful to have such a kind person to help me get started.

Mark made my decision to enroll in to MedCerts so much easier. He was very informative, easy to talk to, and has immaculate communication. I can't wait to start my course, I'm very excited.

I enjoyed the enrollment process, I enjoyed the guidance in my studies from my Student Advisor Garith Parker who was always there whenever I needed him and also the content of the program was so amazing I went on and successfully passed my National examination for certification however I would encourage the medcerts team to improve in their partnership with different employers so that they can provide clinical rotation sites for medcerts graduates and assist in job placement as well because this will directly place medcerts at the first place countrywide.

MedCerts was super amazing, and I understood the material that was given to me, and I passed my Medical Assistant certification exam, I was in the Medical Assistant program, and MedCerts is so organized and ready for you to succeed, also my advisor Jamie McLachlan really cared about my advisor and is super helpful about my journey of a student in the medical professions!!

Where do I even start great professionalism. Informed me of all the information I would need answers to in a timely manner. The quickest most efficient process I have ever went through to starts a school.Mrs.Margie was amazing very upbeat and helpful. Such a great experience.

I have not found a clinical site. It’s was good program. But founding a clinical site for me is not possible. I have tried everywhere. I wish I never wasted my money on the phlebotomy Technician program. I would not recommend if you live in small town. I will be going to a college in my town that is what I recommend because they provide the clinical’s at the college and you can do the program online. If the Medcert works for you than great but it didn’t for me.

This has been the best transitioning from work tasks to online courses tasks. The staff , the teamAll in all from the first phone conference to myself beginning my next journey to a great career in Allied Health field. The staff have been quite supportive . I am a person who values professionalism, Loyality,and honesty .
