Always hesitant when ordering online, but honestly what a company! Ordered the bugaboo butterfly, We accidentally ordered a rain cover thinking it came separately. Lesters could have easily sent it but rang us to inform us that it came already with one! Delivery came within 3 days before Xmas!! Will 100% use again thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product which I couldn’t find anywhere else in the colour I needed. Lesters customer service was amazing especially at Christmas they kept me up to date on the progress of my order and I would 100% use recommend using them for your gift and personal use.

I bought a car seat which promised it would arrive the next working day but instead it arrived over 10 days later due to them not having it in stock. Communication was good but it didn't change the fact I didn't get the car seat as soon as I needed it/were told Id get it by.
