Excellent customer service - held back on our delivery until we returned from our holiday

Ordered an item that said it was in stock for next day delivery but shortly afterwards got an email to say it actually wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be for another few days. Despite this their website was never updated to reflect this so I feel it’s a little misleading to advertise items as being in stock for next day delivery when in fact they’re not. The item arrived nearly a week after placing the order.

A terrible after sales service. Our emails have been ongoing literally for a “year”. There is no way to drop off a return parcel, it needs to be collected from home (and forget about your work or any other commitments). They don’t even respond to emails. Never to use them again.

Managed to buy something I really wanted at a discounted price. Although my order got lost by the courier, as soon as I contacted the customer service they were hands on and sent me a replacement the same day. So I am pretty happy and I am sure I will browse around on their website in the future.

Amazing customer service and fast delivery! I called the shop regarding a travel system bundle I’d bought and asked if the delivery could be brought forwards! The man on the phone was so helpful and advised me the wait for delivery was due to car seat availability, but that they could either send the rest of the travel system on its own and wait for the car seat and base or I could upgrade the car seat for the next one up which they had in stock now. I chose to upgrade the car seat, they advised it would be dispatched on the Friday (I called on the Thurs) ready for the monday delivery, but it was dispatched Friday and arrived on Saturday! Couldn’t fault the customer service and would definitely buy from them again! Thank you
