I accepted the DPD time slot 18.37-19.37 13th April 2021, but the driver did not turn up. This was very annoying. I had no means of contacting the driver. DPD automatic message gave me little possibility of communicating with them. They say my parcel will now be left in my selected safe place on 15 April 2021. I contacted Evolution Organics to address this issue and let me know what they have done. Evolution Organics responded by "I have just rang DPD and they have said that you requested for it to be re-delivered on the 15th and to be left in your safe place. Unfortunately as you requested this we cannot change the delivery." That misses the point. As DPD had not delivered they asked me to select another time. What was I meant to do? Not request another slot?
