VERY DISAPPOINTED with Lockport New York 670 Davison Road Went for my hearing test and new hearing aid on June 29, 2023 believe it or not still don't have my hearing aid January 30, 2024!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PARKVILLE LOCATION. I am still waiting for my hearing aids to be programmed. Three weeks and still just sitting there waiting. If I could I would give them NO STARS.

My ENT referred me to Dr Ratliff for a routine hearing test. Results indicated a hearing loss in both ears and recommended hearing devices which I had not anticipated. Dr Ratliff recognized my anxiety, spent considerable time educating me, programmed and placed the devices right away. She prepared me for what to expect, to call anytime with concerns and scheduled a follow up appointment. I kept thinking—surely she has other appointments that are waiting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Was in and out within 15 minutes. Both hearing aids were repaired. I was impressed and happy.

Jill Cardinal was thorough in examining my hearing. She took the time to explain the test before-hand, during and after including the results. The front desk person is very friendly as well. These ladies understand what great customer service is all about. I recommend them.

Trish & Mark at the Hearing Life Center in Rockingham, NC, have such joyful, caring attitudes. They truly care about helping their clients. I took my mother for her annual hearing test today and we were greeted by these two caring people, they are the best! If I had to give them a rating it would be “excellent”!

From the moment I walked into the reception area everyone was very kind, friendly,caring, helpful. The audiologist was wonderful, she was very kind. I got my time mixed up for my appointment. When she found out my volume on my Cocklear was too loud, she saw me and I really like her. She was vert good at fixing my Cocklear. I am so glad I wet to Johnson Audiology.

Dr Lemme and her staff are efficient and friendly. My hearing was evaluated and I was fitted for hearing aids that should work for me. I’m very pleased with my experience and the hearing aids I purchased.

Dr. Karen and the staff have been extremely helpful in my travails to improve my hearing with my Evolv AI model 2000 hearing aids with Thrive Assistant. I have had several self caused issues from getting them wet to a malfunctioning aid and the whole staff gets involved in trying to relive the issue or make adjustments to improve my experience. I will admit that with today’s technology in wired and wireless ear buds, I was expecting a richer hearing experience after wearing 6 year old technology hearing aids. But I have been underwhelmed by what the hearing aid industry as whole has to offer. I am caught between hearing, listening and understanding clarity in normal conversation, both one on one and especially in groups, television and music with today’s technology. I am constantly fiddling with Thrive to imrove my situation and my personal life is degrading because of my inability to hear or understand those whom I love. I’m not even sure if my issue is with hearing aids or in between my ears.

Heuser sent my hearing aids to the manufacturer on June 12, to check to see why they were not working properly. I received a call yesterday telling me they were ready. Could I come in then - couldn’t do made an appointment for today. About an hour later received a call wanting to confirm my appointment. I did not answer because whoever called did not use a Heuser phone (used a personal phone) so I called back to confirm my 11:00 appointment today). I get here today and was told I did not have an appointment???! Whoever I spoke with didn’t put it in the system????????? So, my hearing aids need to be programmed - now I have to wait until someone is available??? They don’t know how long???? I see a lot wrong with this picture. If they made the mistake (which I think they did) I should NOT HAVE TO WAIT until everybody else is seen - I should be seen at my appointment time - or as close as possible to my time!!! What has happened to the Heuser Hearing Institute???????? UNREAL!!!!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Pemba for years. He never gives up! It’s personally important to him that his patients have the best possible hearing they can have. It doesn’t matter how many adjustments he has to make for your different hearing environments. I never question his expertise. That’s a given for me. Of course, I appreciate his knowledge, but I trust him because he cares!! I would recommend him to anyone with hearing issues!

Yale Hearing Center continually does NOT return phone calls! Problem has been ongoing for many months. It's almost impossible to speak with anyone at the Hearing Center. Very hard to do business with them.

I went to Affordable Hearing Store-Springfield, Ohio. I seen Sheila Portz, HIS. I had a great experience, got all of my questions answered. she was very good at helping me with connecting my hearing aides to all of my devices. It took very little time for my hearing aides, and charger to come in.
