I have Tinnitus. My experience with Northwest Audiology has been positive. The Audiologist listened to me and understood what I was dealing with. His help has been positive for me. I feel that I made the right choice going to Northwest Audiology. The entire staff are very nice, helpful and professional.

He was able to understand my requirements and provide the best hearing aid solution to meet my needs. The whole process from start to finish was completed in two weeks.

Dr Ericka Devore is the number 1 audiologist and knowledgable hearing practitioner I have ever seen. She is thorough, patient, empathic, and conscientious, not to mention that she is the only Dr. Cliff certified practitioner in Central Florida. This is a challenging credential to acquire and it shows in her patient care ethic. She has helped me get back to consistent hearing aid use and taking the time to thoughtfully educate me about my hearing problem and hearing aid use. I definitely will be going back to see her when I need replacement hearing aids and testing along my journey to good hearing health. Thank you very much, Mark The office staff is wonderful as well.
