Professional and experienced Had problem with central heating. 2 plumbers had looked and suggested new central heating. These guys came and found the probem in the boiler and fixed it. They are experienced.

Boiler down very early in the morning and I was extremely concerned and worried. Upon calling AA, they asked me to send a picture and video,and they provided a quote and an engineer came in next day and job was sorted and leaving me with a smile and hot water.

The worst experience ever. We had 4 visits and the water was still leaking. I am facing an allegation from the engineer came to my property stated I damaged a pipe intentionally. My landlord is taking this case to the court. Engineer was not honest at all.

Turned up on time. Did what I wanted neatly. Worked cleanly. Asked the right questions. Cant ask for more than that.

180 GBP to fit a tap which cost 30 GBP and took about half hour to install. I will leave it to you whether that is reasonable.
