At the end of my tether trying to go through my insurance company, I resorted to calling AA plumbing as an emergency call out. I expected nothing as that is what I got from my insurers. I enquired on-line, and got a phone call back within the hour. Explained the problem to someone who actually listened. A plumber was then despatched who came within the allotted timescale. A cheeky chappy, but 100% professional, he again listened to me, asked the right questions, no flannel, no beating around the bush! A good honest tradesman, who got straight to work, he said he'd have us 'up and running' within a couple of hours, but it was much less than that. No one is 100%, so I mark him down 1% for leaving a dirty fingerprint on the fridge when he got the milk out for his coffee. My first impression of this company is excellent. If another emergency arises, or any other not so urgent job they will be the first I call. Thank you. A very happy customer

Really good service. Plumber arrived within timeframe, was a really nice guy, did the work specified on quote, tested that it was leak free (outside waste pipe and soil pipe) and the invoice was sent after the work was complete and matched the quote exactly. Only just done so I don't know if there will be any problems with the completed works (if so I will update this review to see how they deal with a call back) but my experience so far means I would definitely use AA again.

A very competent and professional team of plumbers. We've been using them for tenanted properties in London for over 5 years now, works included general plumbing repairs, installation of bathroom suites, shower cubicles, finding leaks from baths and showers, boiler and other mechanical issues, radiator repairs and gas certification. They keep in touch updating you as necessary. The work is clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company to undertake any plumbing work.

I had a gas leak in my kitchen so wanted a professional company to find the leak and fix it. The engineer traced the leak to under the floor which was a bit daunting to think about but fixed the leak and provided proof that there was no more leaks in the house which put our minds at rest.

I was very pleased with the plumbing and tiling work done in our downstairs shower room that I did not hesitate to call them again to replace broken taps in the bathroom. Charges were very reasonable.

AA Plumbing have given prompt attention to plumbing related problems in our dental practice.

The AA staff were very helpful over the phone and answered all my queries. Unfortunately after the initial consultation with on site plumber, we later found out that the issue first deemed to be the problem coming from outside the property by the AA plumber was incorrect and our leak was later traced to a problem with water tankbehind the toilet. The AA plumber on site was very nice and offered some guidance but ultimately missed out due to too lack of more comprehensive approach. As feedback would advise to check basic plumbing set up first to ensure they are not faulty before alluding to a more complex problem.
