Really great supplier, ordered the kandla grey porcelain tiles which were a really good price for the quality of the material. I was so pleased with the first order placed we ordered the same product again for another project we were working on. We had some issues with the delivery company on the second order however Ammaari Stones dealt with the issue for us and paid for the redelivery so we did not have to incur any additional costs. Thanks again for your help, we will certainly buy again!

Ammaari were excellent from beginning to end. I chose them as they had the best price on the Indian sandstone slabs that I wanted. They delivered two batches to me, keeping me updated throughout the process. It was really handy having a named contact (Jamie) who I could liaise with and he kept me updated every step of the way. I have had 2 deliveries this year from Ammaari and their service has been excellent, unfortunately, on the 2nd delivery several stones arrived damaged but this was sorted quickly and efficiently and the replacements arrived safely within a few days. I would highly recommend Ammaari and will be using them again next year

I would definitely recommend Ammaari Stones. We were contacted a few days before about delivery details. They were delivered on time and the driver even dropped them right outside our back gate with his wheels as we are on an incline. This made it alot easier for us the get them straight into our garden. The next day we contacted to make sure everything was OK. Which it was.

I’ve just received a 19 square metre pallet of Indian sandstone paving and I’ve been really impressed with the price communication and delivery of the slabs. Everything has been perfect, wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Very bad customer service. When we had our delivery the pallets where damaged and also tiles were damaged. İnformed the manager would not refund or have replacement. Stay away from this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. To start the Dark Grey Smooth 28mm 450x450mm Slab delivered are actually light grey. Also there was a problem with the deliver, the pallet of slabs had slipped off the pallet in transit. Not realising the extent of the damage to the slabs i took delivery. on closer inspection all of the slabs have damage from the underneath of the slab above. I have proven with CCTV how they had been delivered, even the conversation of the driver. It is now 5 weeks down the line and i still have not recieved the refund. This company think it is acceptable to make you wait for their insurance company to pay out before refunding the item. I have now got the point of going to the small claims court to get my money back. Avoid at all cost. Update, after 30 mins of posting this review Ammaari stones just called me to offer a refund, only if i removed this review!!!!!!! As i said i wouldn't remove the review i have been told they will get back to me!!! Ammaari Stones respones SHOCKING. We understand you feel you are being messed around with however please see our views below. The driver had informed you the pallet had collapsed in transit and you still accepted the goods. As you accepted the goods we have to go through the process of a claim with the haulier’s insurance company. As you know the goods are still with you and the claim is still ongoing. We understand that you are out of pocket and you are unhappy about the time its taking for the claim with the insurance company for this reason and also the fact you have left feedback which does not represent our service we had decided that for this instance we would refund your money and we would wait for the money from the insurers. This will leave us without goods and without the money which is owed from the insurers. For this reason we had called you and asked you to remove your feedback and we would refund you your money so the issue is resolved but because you are adamant not to remove your feedback, we would then see no point being out of pocket for you and we would rather carry on with the claim and refund you when we get paid from the insurers as you had accepted the goods knowingly. If the goods were rejected, you would have had your refund within 2/3 working days. If you are happy to remove the feedback then this offer still stands, otherwise we will wait for the money from the insurers. We will also put our views in response to your feedback on Trustpilot. Please have a think about this as we feel we have assisted in the best possible manner from the start of this issue, in ensuring your claim progresses smoothly. I think it would be best in both of our interests that you remove the review and we refund you and await the money directly from the insurer. We look forward to hearing from you. Rang ammaari stones as I wanted express Delivery and they were very helpful , and I received my order on time , the slabs were all packaged very well and out of 2 pallets ordered there were no breakages and I received various messages from them checking up on delivery etc , slabs look great, all in all a great experience
