United Kingdom | 27 July 2020Fantastic service throughout, from the sales rep to the delivery team and finally to the IT assistance. Particular thanks to Clive, the sales rep, who tirelessly endeavoured to ensure everything went smoothly. When 'hiccups' emerged (and during COVID they're bound to happen) he dealt with everything superbly.

United Kingdom | 03 July 2020Clive Davies from Zerographic provided me with an excellent and thorough service. I don't like pushy sales people and Clive is anything but. He provided me with all the information and prices and guided me to what the best product was for us - certainly sales through service unlike other companies in this industry. The aftercare is also of a very high standard.

United Kingdom | 09 April 2020Several months ago Philip Little provided a quote for two Xerox photocopiers which combined were cheaper than the single device that we had at the time. It seemed too good to be true, and I've held off writing a review to find out where the problems of 'going cheap' would come from, but there hasn't been any. Philip has always been available and responsive to any questions or issues, and continues to be so several months after signing our contract - in my experience this is unusual, but it's absolutely the attitude that wins repeat business, and I have no reason to think that we wouldn't use Zerographic again.

United Kingdom | 07 November 2019We are a medium sized business in the North East and Leanne Hall recently visited us to look at our current requirements. She was one of the most honest and bubbly managers I have ever met. She provided us with our exact requirements and we couldn’t be happier. Not only that, she pops in every now and again just to check we are all ok and have a cuppa with us. Top service, Thank you Leanne

United Kingdom | 30 October 2019Zerographic tricked us into signing a contract we didn’t know we were agreeing to. They misled us on every aspect of contractual agreements when organizing the lease of a printer. Zerographic discussed the lease contract only and the term of the lease agreements BUT WE Were NOT MADE AWARE that we were given given two contracts. A printer lease agreement of 36 And a hidden service agreement of 60 months. We have been threatened by them. With Zerographic stating that they will take us to court if we do not honour this hidden contract which again were were tricked into signing. WARNING ZEROGRAPHIC got us to sign a bank payment mandate but failed to explain that on the reverse were terms and conditions for a service agreement. We have now been made aware of The smallest small print illustrated in light font small text on the reverse of this mandate. Zerographic are threatening legal action to uphold this undisclosed service contract which is for 5 years. Even though we only have a 3 year lease. Zero graphic never made us aware of The small print on the reverse and we must make everyone aware if you deal with Zerographic you too wont be able to see it when you sign the mandate for your printer lease. This unseen contract that you may sign is full of hidden charges and increased charges placed on your usage every year up to the value of 15% increase per annum. Zerographic have stated that now we have signed their service contract regardless of the fact we were misled into signing if we wish to cease our contract early we could face charges of up to £11,000. All for a printer worth £300. No wonder they make over 15 million pound a year. We have had nothing but a poor experience with Zerographic and would not have agreed to these terms Which they tricked us into signing. Avoid at all costs. We have found that any negative reply they will try to have pulled down. They will deny all knowledge of knowing who you are and persistently attempt and continue to remove our posted comments. Now for a third time and Currently they are attempting to have this review removed as they have done previously. Again be aware you are entering into two contracts. With the service contract being of no less than 60 months. This is now in the hands of my legal team and costing our business further expense to resolve the issues we are having. A real poor company

United Kingdom | 25 October 2019We are from a small nursery in Skegness and we found Philip Little and asked him to set us up with a new printer system, as the one we had before was very expensive for ink and was quite old and Philip was able to get us a great printer at a 3rd of the price that we was paying before. The whole experience as a whole was great and if we ever have any issues we know we can call him up and it will e sorted. Highly recommended!

United Kingdom | 23 October 2019Clive worked with us to get a new Xerox VersaLink set up in our office. Clive was very attentive and helpful through the process - I received almost immediate responses to all queries during the purchase and set up process, and Clive was great about recommending the right printer for us. Initially I was concerned about remote set up for the printer, but in the end set up was zero hassle and very efficient. We are now up and running with the printer, and happy with the hardware. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend both Clive and Zero Graphics.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2019The CV3030 Duplicator is a brilliant machine. Only put into second place by Zerographic, the company that supplied it. I dealt with Clive Davies initially who was great; the technical help and service backup has been excellent also. Richard

United Kingdom | 22 October 2019I love Zero Graphic. I had so much hassle with the previous company I used so when I contacted Zero Graphic to get a lease printer for my business and spoke to Clive, my expectations were low! But now I know how it should all be! Clive has been excellent throughout. I was given a loan printer whilst my new one was on order. The machine is outstanding and the customer service is too. Thank you Clive and team!

United Kingdom | 26 October 2018Be wary, Zerographic are not customer-focused and follow "sharp" business practices. Their service contract ties you in for 5 years whilst the lease contract Zerographic organise ensures you pay for the full cost of the equipment over 3 years. You are then left with a dilemma - do you carry on paying the lease cost for another 2 years on something you have already paid for or do you pay a settlement fee (in our case over £1,000) to release you from your service agreement? We found the sales/account manager to be very aggressive. We found the credit control/legal department to be not only aggressive but inflexible and unwilling to discuss the situation. Further more, payments were taken from our bank account which were not authorised; after 2 months of trying to escalate our issue to senior account managers and even customer services (who although were very pleasant had no success in getting anyone in the organisation to communicate with us) we had no choice but to use the Direct Debit Indemnity Scheme to recover the funds taken without authorisation. Only after we sent a carefully worded letter explaining the reasons why we considered two separate charges amounting to £1,550 should not apply did we finally receive a response from the manager of the credit control/legal department agreeing to settle our account if we paid the settlement charge due. If you do enter into an agreement with Zerographic I would advise you ensure you enter into contracts which, in terms of length of contract, are coterminous.
