Great service - managed my currency risk expertly

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had too make an exception this time . I had no previous experience with foreign currency dealings and really felt vulnerable to being misled and losing some, or all of my money which may sound silly to some but was a real concern to me not never had to transfers large amount of money from Spain back to Uk from the sale of my property . Overall the experience has been absolutely faultless and would use them again, However I wish to really shine a light on one particular member of staff: Osman Hanafi I really feel like he was an angel sent to help me, I didn't know what I was doing however he has been nothing but patient, polite, friendly and helpful. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have dealt with him. he worked so hard to help me get everything organized and he DID! Again I think he is wonderful, and ASSET to your team. He is an example of how employees should deal with clients. (Even the ones that cry like me!) His assistance really was so fantastic. He really made it all so much easier for me.
