The team working on my transaction was beyond reproach. When I omitted important information on the transfer form (absolutely MY fault), they worked tirelessly to fix the problem in a day; instead of allowing it to add another day to an already inherently time consuming process. To top it off, my client manager checked in every day to make sure things were moving forward. I'm certain I wasn't the only client they had that day, but they made me feel like I was.
