Phone valued at £54 - posted as required. Finally received email confirming agreed amount for payment in 24 hours. Payment actually took another 4 days and they do not answer phone calls or emails. Total process took 8 days. Would not use again when you see all reviews.

Sent my daughters iPhone that was in great condition but after they received I was sent an offer for half the amount as they said the battery was faulty and had scratches on the screen. I Accept the scratches that were minor but the battery was perfect. I had it sent back took into my local repair shop who confirmed the battery was 100%. I think they get you phone under false pretences and then invent faults in the hope you just accept their offer. Really poor. Stay away

Really easy site to use and I'm very pleased with my mobile which is as good as new. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It was probably my fault in overlooking all relevant info but I hadn't realised the phone wouldn't come with a charger so bear in mind that you will need one that's compatible with the phone. A good idea really because most of us have spare chargers lying around at home.

Again an excellent deal from this company. A really good handset at a good price with very fast delivery. I have bought from this company a number of times before and never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

After ordering a s10e which i did not like, i had to pay for delivery fee from post office which cost me £7.50 even tho i was buying another phone from them. I ordered a s10 unlocked and 2 weeks after i recieved the phone i inserted my sim card only to be displayed with a message stating the phone is not compatable with sim card. Unreliable and poor customer service.Stay clear of this second hand mobile site. Stick with backmarket!

I am delighted with my new Samsung s9 , looks brand new and was well packaged, first time I've used i need a mobile and I will definitely use them again , it arrived on time as stated, what great value for money!! Thank you I need a mobile :)) Darren

Paid 125 for a refurbished iPhone 7 having read the reviews on here for it to not power up at all! Followed by a very short customer service comment when I told them the return form wouldn’t load up, with them telling me it’s really easy too do and nobody has ever asked ‘how to do it’ phone going back for a full refund as they tell me after 10 days there is nothing they can do

As others have said, I sent my phone with an offer of £93 and they tried to offer £50 due to 'deep scratches and locked to EE' - absolute nonsense, I bought the phone 4 years ago from a catalogue! I have tried to reject the offer but cannot access any details because I need to login. Sent an email to customer services but not hopeful after reading other reviews.

Offered me £63 for Galaxy S7 in perfect condition. I sent it together with the original case and unused charger, lead and headphones. I got an e-mail saying they had reassessed it as worth £38??? I was given an option to accept or refuse this. Being a ridiculous offer i decided to reject it. I clicked on the link the same day only to get a message saying that the phone had already been 'processed'. I contacted Customer Services and was told the phone had been sold and £38 sent to my Bank Account. Daylight robbery ! Be very careful if you are considering using this company.

iPhone 8s plus went in website agreed to sell it printed posting label sent phone off no issues. Phone was looked at slight damage revised price given replied back to them with a different price they agreed sold phone money in account I would happily sell another phone to this company spot on

We’re unable to supply the iPad i wanted but gave me an upgrade at no extra cost. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend and I will certainly use them again.

Easy to use throughout. Printed off own label, sent it next day and received a message the same day to say phone had been received and that checks were being done. Received another message next day to say payment was in my bank. I would use this company again.

Very disappointed with the price paid of £10- instead of the £18 offer price due to "scratches". The phone had NO scratches on it when posted to this company. Either my eyesight is extremely poor (which it isn't) and I did not see the "scratches" or this price reduction was done to ensure I sent them the phone rather than to another company. It's only a small amount of money but it's the principle that I object to. Will not be recommending this company nor using them again.

I was a little sceptical about sending my device to a company I didn’t know but I need not have worried! I was kept informed at every step and I received the full amount quoted straight into my bank account. From sending the device to receiving the payment was less than a week.

5s working mobile sent with offer of £8. Revised offer of £2 was made stating has wear and tear. No mention only asked if in working condition on website Rip off company do not recommend

Online quote £250, does not specify anything just working condition. When I sent the phone to them they revised the offer to £200 reason being 'deep scratches'. What a joke, the phone has no visible scratches at all. Of course you will find light scratches if you look with a microscope. I don't know what they are expecting from a 2nd hand 2.5 yo phone since I took great care of it better than most people I promise. Stop listing unrealistic prices and vague conditions and then scalp your customers, you just end up wasting both of our time.

Great deals at this company. Very helpful, if you e-mail with a question. Also very prompt with a reply. The phone I purchased, arrivied as described. So accurate descriptions in their advertising. I thought, pricing was fair. I would definitly use this company, when looking for a cheaper used phone.

Sold my phone to them for an agreed price, upon receiving it they claimed problems (black spot camera?) which did not exist at the time of sending it and tried to negotiate 50% off. Felt like a very steep drop for issues not visible to the naked eye.

Currently been waiting since Saturday for a reply or message back, I bought a phone for £135 and was told I'd have today. After trying to track my parcel it says doesnt exist, says can track through royal mail, a reference was not given. Had since 09:40 Saturday to answer me, I'll give it one more day and if I have neither a reply still or no phone, ill lower my rating more and request a refund. If you have a customer service line, they should actually answer like it says you do, theres also no live chat like their website says, be wary of this site.

Excellent customer service - I didn’t need the phone I purchased in the end so returned it - this was hassle free and the refund was very quick. My only criticism is that the phone was incredibly dirty when it arrived. It cleaned up well and was functioning normally so as advertised underneath the dirt, just couldn’t understand why it arrived in that condition.
