I purchased a used pristine condition phone at an excellent price. The service and delivery were both excellent. The only downside was having no charge cable included but the phone is like new so I shouldn't grumble.

This phone was good and worked for 4 months but suddenly would not turn on. It turned on again a few times then finally died and hasn't been working since. I do not recommend buying from here as the warranty does not cover phones that do not turn on which is ridiculous!! Save your money and buy from somewhere else with a better warranty policy.

Phone arrived safely although the outer packaging was damaged. But the ain problem is the battery in this Samsung s10 is awful. I have to charge it twice a day to keep it working..... this I certainly wasn't expecting. 1st day I had the phone it dropped to 49% inside 3 hours and I rarely used it as I was working..... Not impressed. Going to have to either buy a brand new phone now or a new battery and get it replaced by a specialist. More money....

I can't find any fault, excellent service. My phone is exactly what I asked for, at a price I thought was fair, the condition was perfect and it arrived sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. What more can I ask for? Maybe a glittery pop-up card that sings to you? In Latin?

Terrible! Phone arrived very late, was sold as very good condition, but it was poor condition, scratches, knocks, scuffs and dents, camera does not focus. Very Disappointed and will NOT be recommending to anyone !

I purchased 2 galaxy S9 handsets from this company. The condition of both was exactly as described (very good). I had a fault with one of the handsets dropping calls and pausing calls, but the company were very quick to respond and asked me to return the faulty handset.... upon receiving the faulty handset they sent a replacement the very next day... both phones are exactly as described and work perfectly with a very good battery life too. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchases and with the service that I have received from 'Ineedamobile.com'.

I decided to finally stop paying £30+ a month and wanted to buy a phone and go SIM only. I Need A Mobile had the phone I wanted in very good condition at a great price, it arrived quickly and I'm up and running saving a few hundred pounds this year alone and making my environmental impact a little lighter. Go for it if you're thinking about it.

They said that they carry out a rigorous testing. Absolute rubbish, the phone arrived with a completely flat battery and it would not accept a charge. Will not be using them again. The one star is because they did refund our money in a reasonable time.

I find they're always the cheapest for good quality phones. However, this is the second time I've been sent a different colour of phone than the one requested. Packaging could be a little better too.

I ordered a pristine condition Samsung S9 and when it turned up I wasn't disappointed. The only issue was I had to reset the phone myself, so it looks like they ship the phones out as they come in. Not really a problem but worth mentioning you don't get a charger or any accessories so make sure you have all you need before ordering. Overall very good service very fast delivery and the phone seems to be be perfect. I'm happy to recommend them

I purchased an iPad for my disabled son who relies on iPads to communicate. He often gets frustrated and smashes them. Cost of repair is rising and sometimes they don’t work if David has beaten them up too much so ive wasted 70£. The price I paid here is reasonable. It was in perfect condition albeit used. It came in good time. Im so impressed that ive just bought another one for the next time.

Offered a decent price compared to their competitors so went with them. The price was reduced when they received the phone due to the battery health which I thought was a bit unreasonable given that the phone was 5 years old so was never going to be at 100% - this is a question they could ask up front when they ask for item condition. They were very quick to respond to my emails and eventually we worked out a price I was happy with as my phone was very well looked after and in excellent condition. Would use them again.

I received the phone and it was in good order as described, unfortunately it was older than the model my daughter had so could not transfer the data. I explained the problem and was offered a full refund. Excellent service, great customer support and value for money. I know where I’m going when my phones out of date. Thanks

I recently purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S8 plus The price I paid was good , it was in very good condition Tracked delivery was very quick When I unwrapped the mobile It looked like brand new , there were no marks or scratches. I was very pleased, I will definitely use them again

Very fast delivery l, half the price of other stores. I have changed changed my original review from 5 star to 2 because of the issues I've had since turning my phone on. I ordered an unlocked phone and they've sent me a locked phone I have had to pay over £50 to get this unlocked and is still not unlocked I should of stuck to music magpie at least they get it right.

I have not heard about this company before and I was a little suspicious at first, but it is not a scam. I got an iPhone 11 pro in pristine condition from them. There were just some minor scratches and the screen has a yellow tint which may be a result of heavy use of the oled. Honestly I would not give it a pristine rating, but good. The device was delivered without any cable, charger or special box, so the delivery experience is not amazing. Overall I can recommend them if you want to buy a second hand device, but do have in mind that the chosen device condition may not necessarily be as described.

On my second purchase with ineedamobile, I want to reiterate that the cosmetic condition of the phones match exactly to their grading system. Here ‘Pristine’ really means spotless, unlike another famous competitor where anything above ‘very good’ is labelled as ‘pristine’. The only reason I am keeping myself from giving 5 stars this time is the battery health for iPhone 8 plus that I bought. Although it was 90% but I would expect it to be a bit better for pristine grade. Rest was all fine. Glad with my purchase overall. Recommend this place for refurbished devices.
