My mortgage journey was long (c.a. 9months). Partly due to COVID and ESW1 form which seller needed to provide and took him 3 months. Our broker was with us throughout this journey and provided an amazing service. He was quick and efficient and found us great first deal in no time. However, lockdown happened and everything got delayed. ESW1 form added waiting time and we have lost our first mortgage deal. Despite this, the broker quickly found another one and luckily this time everything was smooth and we managed to close the deal in a month time. I would definitely recommend Prestige Private Finance and I will be returning customer in the future!

My experienced broker advised me that the offer presented from these would not happen and that any experienced broker would not use the specific lender they put forward. After 8 weeks of chasing I was advised we look at alternative options. With covid and other issues that this broker should have been aware of, I am now left unable to get a re mortgage!
