We've been assisted by David Jackson both times we have obtained a mortgage. The first time was difficult because I was newly self-employed but he got us a good deal. The second time was in March 2022, and he gave us great advice to act as swiftly as possible to lock in preferential rates before things went a bit haywire in the market. He helped us to put in quick applications accordingly. Without that speed we would've risked not being able to afford the mortgage at a higher interest rates that were available from April onwards, so we are really grateful.
