The service was good however the parking lot and pull up area to unload is filthy and full of trash. Also broken glass present. Big holes in parking lot, needs repair and makes place look in poor shape. The elevator floor was filthy, sticky, garbage present inside elevator. Place needs to be cleaned up Thank you!

The Canton store manager Ms. Sandra Salceiro has provided me with an excellent customer service. I was in need of changing my storage space to a bigger size, she looked for another space, she switched my contract on the spot for bigger storage space. In all she exceeded my expectation and this shows the commitment behind the life storage stuff and management to provide an excellent customer service for their customers- keep it up!

From my first informational phone call with Dave to our rental contractual signing with Vito I was treated with patience, respect and kindness. No question seemed annoying and i feel i had alot of them. Vito was very helpful loading supplies I bought into my car, and showing me how to use all aspects of the facility. The facility felt very clean and modern.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The facility is immaculate, super clean thru out, well lit and easy to get to your unit. The restrooms were spotless! The a/c removes worry over furniture warping or being damaged by the summer heat in Arizona. Really great experience! Special shout-out to Nicole who made the entire process of renting a storage unit super easy!

This was my first time renting a storage facility and they really helped me right from reserving the storage to getting the storage and then finally when I had to close the service. Their team was very courteous and explained all in detail. My overall experience was very satisfactory.

Not good Poor customer service. I notified the manager there that there could be a problem as the unit has had repair work to ceiling from water leak She replied you can move to another unit which was not an option as I had already spent the afternoon lugging personal property into the unit
