I was trying to book my storage in California whilst still in Texas. My items were extremely large and I needed additional info about the property. Most storage places simply did not care and would not help. It was an INCREDIBLY stressful time, yet Oscar was simply amazing. He went above and beyond, in a time where most staff will not even do their basic job. Oscar went the extra miles removed my worry, allowing me to focus on my move and enjoy that moment in my life. Upon arrival more then 1 month later, Oscar and Debbie were both just as great in person as on the phone. At this location you get "Personal treatment" if you need it, The location is safe and neat and clean, the access is easy, especially if you have large things, the hours are great and the staff make you feel welcome. I am etternally grateful for the experience they have given me.

Just used life storage this week and Bart and crew was awesome. Place is clean, professional, and they act like your friend not a salesman.

We left our Ford 250 truck for a couple of days before someone broke in to the storage facility and stole our cadillac converter. I would recommend that nobody store at this facility.

Natalia was exceptional. She took the time needed to see the unit we are renting. Natalia also was really clear explaining the paperwork needing review so we understood all elements of the customer contract We felt she was so good that she is over qualified for the job. Roger
